10 Year Reunion

Memorial Day weekend marked a huge milestone as I look to put it! It was my 10 year class reunion! We were fortunate enough to have a fantastic turn out and all 5 of us girls were able to get back together again! It was a fun rainy weekend and I am so happy that we were able to make it all work! Saturday night we did a gathering with us five girls, our families, and our parents and we grilled burgers and brats. Later that night us 5 girls went in and met up with the rest of our class at a party. Sunday we spent hanging together and then that night we had our banquet. It was a fun weekend but boy did it go too  quickly!
Here is a photo of all of us girls...graduation day and 10 years later. So blessed that we have stayed so close!

Randie loved getting to see kittens at Rolands. They were about 3 weeks old (if I remembered right) and boy were they fun!

Kurt playing peek a boo with the girls!

Roland's have a fun swing!

Our class at the banquet!

10 years and nothing has changed!

Randie was not sure about Alan but she slowly warmed up to him over the weekend!

Ollie loved the kitties as well!

Free Fish Weekend....a very wet camping trip

We were all packed up and ready to go for our free fish weekend get away! We were surrounded by nasty storms all day on Friday with many surrounding areas having tornado warnings. About 7 we decided to load up and head out! Friday night was a wonderful evening spent cooped up in the camper while playing cards. Saturday was a nice day and we were able to enjoy some fun outside time as well as plenty of time fishing...even though we didn't catch anything. Gage came up with us and he was such a big help with Randie! I enjoy watching them interact! Sunday was windy and cold and we decided to head home early and unpack and get a few things done! Overall, it was a fun weekend spent with family!

This was what we drove through going to the lake!

With all the moisture in the air, someones little curls come out in full force

Gage was teaching her all about fishing

Snowy Mother's Day Weekend

Mother's day this year was a little cold! We ended up getting around 2 feet of heavy, wet snow so we spent our time inside hanging out or scooping! We were fortunate enough to go down to Hemingford on Saturday and see my mom and grandma for a while as well as see Donna back up in Chadron before the storm got to nasty! Randie and Kyle did really good job of picking out my gift and I am so blessed to have a wonderful daughter, great husband, and a healthy baby to celebrate Mother's Day!

Our poor little tree that we just had planted!

Just watching the snow fall!

Time to head outside and get some air and sunlight!

Had a little DIY project accomplished! Happy Mother's Day to Donna!

Mom got a fun project too!

As did grandma!

Randie gave me my gift but quickly took it away! I can look but I can't touch ;) What a stinker!

When it's too cold to do anything else, mother's day pedicures are the way to go!

Kyle made a heck of a brunch for us! Waffles, bacon, eggs, and strawberries and cool whip to top it all off! Blessed doesn't even begin to describe it!
