Mommy and Me Swimming and Cheyenne Frontier Days

This past week was full of fun and lots of memories. Randie and I were able to partake in mommy and me swimming. We missed Wednesday due to her being sick and Friday due to going to Frontier Days. It was such a fun time and Randie loved the water. She figured out the kicking and floating which was amazing!! Then we left Friday afternoon and headed to Cheyenne! We were able to spend time with Derek, Vanessa, and Cohen! We also got to see Miranda Lambert which was an amazing show!!

Fur Trade Weekend!

Well this past weekend was plenty busy for all of us! It was the annual Fur Trade Days in Chadron. We started the weekend Thursday night with Bands on Bordeaux. It was a fun night and we enjoyed listening to movie and eating some delicious food!! Then Friday and Saturday were packed full! Kyle and I worked the beer garden for Tori both Friday and Saturday and made some great tips which will come in very handy in Cheyenne this next weekend! Friday Kyle and Randie came up and had some lunch with me and then she got to spend the evening with grandma and grandpa Brice. Saturday we got up and went to the parade and Randie loved it. Branson and grandma Lori came up to spend the day as well! We went to the jump house after that and then on to McDonald's for some lunch! Then it was nap time for everyone...including mama! Then we hung out by the pool in the backyard until Kyle and I needed to head down to start bar tending again! Sunday we went to the lake for the afternoon with the Brice family! It was a fun evening and Randie played in the water for about 2 1/2 hours! This week we have started Mommy and Me swimming lessons and we went to the park and played last night with friends. We have had a very busy week but very enjoyable!!

4th of July Weekend!!

We are getting ready to head into the Fur Trade weekend this next weekend but boy was the fourth a busy one!! We had Friday off and spent the morning in Hemingford attending the funeral of a wonderful woman. It was a fun celebration of life and we got to see many friends that day! That night we got home and did some lawn work! Randie has become quite the helper out there! On Saturday, we went and golfed with family and friends. Randie loved it; however, by hole 9 we were all tired and hungry! Kyle went four wheeling that afternoon and my mom and I played with Randie in her little pool! That evening we spent enjoying delicious BBQ at Bauerkempers and then Zuver's and us went and watched fireworks. Sunday mom and I went to Rapid and Kyle got to spend the day bonding with dad :) Overall it was a fun, busy weekend! Looking forward to another busy weekend with Fur Trade around the corner!

 

We moved Randie to a big girl bed in her new room! She has slept down there since Thursday night and has done really well!!
