Well Randie got to enjoy her first husker tailgating experience! It was quite the trip all together. We were fortunate enough to have Donna travel with us as the trip down was an experience! We loaded up after work and headed towards Firth where Bandy and Cory live. We got about 5 miles from Mullen and poor Randie decided to get sick! As we are cleaning her up, a state trooper decided to pull over and inform us we were littering by putting the puke soaked wipes in the ditch (only until we could find something to put them in!) and therefore we got a warning for littering. After we finished getting her cleaned up, we continued on. We finally made it to Firth about 4 in the morning with a smelly car and 4 tired people! The rest of the trip went off without a hitch! We enjoyed spending lots of time with cousins as well as tailgating with friends and family!! It was a fun trip filled with so many memories. Cannot wait for Randie to be old enough to enjoy a husker game with us at the stadium one day :)
Daddy and daughter!!
We stopped in Grand Island on the way down and got Randie out to stretch!!
Tailgating is tough work!!
Ashlyn was kind enough to give Randie her four wheeler. It is now one of her favorite toys!!
Wrestling with Gage the night before we left!!
Healthy snacking on an apple!!
She decided she wanted to go to school with cousin Mikayla the next day instead of daycare! LOL!
After we got back, we had a soccer game to attend and it was a bit chilly so it was perfect for cuddles with papa!!
