Fun Filled Weekend!!

We had such a fun filled weekend!! It started out with our friends Aaron and Amanda Willey came over Friday night for supper and an enjoyable evening!! They have a little one due within the next few weeks and cannot wait for Randie to have another play mate! Then Saturday we got to see some of our friends Jake and Tatum Hlavacek! We were so excited that they finally got to meet her! It was a fun morning!!

That afternoon we went to Troy's house for a fun filled afternoon of shooting blue rock and hanging out with the kids!! It was so much!! Randie even got all dressed up in her camo outfit for the outing :) It was a great time!! Sunday we got up, attended church, and then headed out to Hlavaceks so that Randie could meet John and Stacy and the boys! It was a great afternoon! Then we stopped over to see Rick and Donna and enjoyed supper and good conversation about the fun weekend in Deadwood!

Overall it was an absolute blast this weekend! We are so blessed with our smiling little angel!! Today we went to Scottsbluff as little Miss was approved for the RSV shots! She will get one shot a month through April and this is suppose to help prevent her from getting RSV. She weighed in at a whopping 11 pounds 10 ounces! She is pretty healthy :) Loving every minute with her!!

Thursday we are having a baby shower at work and she will get to meet all sorts of people! Looking forward to it! Hope you all have a great week!!

This is Randie and her birthday buddy Loretta Roland! What a special birthday buddy!

Ashley and Randie! So excited to see them in a month!! :)

Our New Favorite Past Time...SMILING :)

Well early last week someone figured out how to put the most adorable smile on her face! Every morning we have some great conversations with some adorable smiles to follow! Now that is how I like to start my day off! Best thing ever!

Smiling is exhausting!!

Absolutely love all of her faces!! She just melts my heart!

Computers are not just for adults :)

Well Friday night was spent having a lazy night! It was a great time for us to get a few things done! I had a little bit of computer work to get done and had a great partner helping me! Best way to spend a Friday night!

Who needs clothes! This little bean loves being able to stretch out with absolutely nothing on but a diaper!

Life lessons and the wonders of daycare!

Well Miss Randie is absolutely loving daycare and so is her mom and dad! She has been sleeping so well at night between 6 and 8 hours and the other night she slept from 10 to 6:30! It was a great night for us all! Randie has been teaching us many things lately! The other day she taught me that somethings can wait for another day as she did not want to be put down and wanted to snuggle all day. Now I had set out to accomplish many things that day, but instead got laundry done and snuggled with the little one! I must say, it is the little things and I am loving every minute of it!!

After bath time! Big ol eyes!! :)

Daycare is hard work!

Ready for action after I woke her up! She was not impressed!!

Family Roller Skating

Today we went roller skating in Scottsbluff to help celebrate my cousin's child, Kinzee's, 12th birthday! We had so much fun even though Kyle and I will probably be wondering why we rollerbladed tomorrow! It was a good time and we were even able to take Miss Randie out in her stroller! She had a good time during her first roller skating excursion :) Back to work tomorrow but looking forward to next weekend where we have a long weekend! I have Monday off and cannot wait to spend the day with the babe!

Love snuggles with dad on the weekend! Nothing is better!!

Thanks Grandma Donna for the adorable outfit. Keeps her nice and warm on these colder winter evenings!

Trying out the stroller roller skating!

First week back to work for mom = first week of daycare for the babe

Well Randie had her first full week of daycare this week and she did AWESOME!! All the kids absolutely love her and she does so good! And a plus to this is that she has been sleeping so well at night...I think daycare just wears her right out! Every morning when I take her one of the kids open the door for me and the others scream "Baby Randie is here". It absolutely melts my heart and I know that she is at a perfect place! Makes leaving her all day a lot easier!!

The first week back to work was not as bad as I thought it would be. It didn't take me too long to get caught up on what all I had missed, figure out the vacation and sick time I had used, and start organizing and filing again! However, I couldn't have been happier for Friday to come so that I can spend the weekend with the family! As I am sitting here righting this, Randie and Kyle are snuggled up on the couch and Puma is snuggled in the chair...life does not get much better than that!!

We are slowly getting this whole parenthood thing figured out even though we have done tons of worrying and contemplating!! We are trying to switch her formula from the Enfamil to the Parent's Choice. Now the only difference in the formula is .2 carbs and honestly she does a lot better as far as gas relief with the parents choice. However, she got a little bound up and was way fussy so we are slowly trying to switch her over with the help of Paige (our daycare provider). She is doing pretty well so far so I am hoping that it will work!! It is $10 less a can which is HUGE!! O trials of being parents!

Tomorrow we are headed to Scottsbluff for some roller skating with the family! We will see how it goes...I think we are gonna take the stroller and see if they will let us push her around out there :) I think it would be pretty cool!! We will see!! Hope that everyone has a wonderful weekend...Lord knows we sure are. If all of you could say a special prayer for a friend's cousins little girl. She is having heart issues and I am asking for prayers of strength for the precious little girl, her parents, and all the family and friends who surround her! Breaks my heart just thinking about it! Hold your babies tight everyone; you never know how truly precious they are until something like this happens!!

All dolled up for church

The wonderful snowsuit that her Aunt Bandy and Uncle Cory gave her for Christmas! Came in real handy during those cold days earlier this week!!

Trying out our new carrier! Loving it!

Pretty sure this little beauty is going to keep those baby blues!! Gorgeous!!

Randie got her first package in the mail!

Big thanks to Colter and Cammy Brice and family for the adorable outfits! Cannot wait to put her in that adorable dress!!
