Husker game! Starting the year off right!

I am going to try my best to update the blog at least once a week as well as during the big events! The past two days have been bittersweet in two different ways. Yesterday was bittersweet as we had to say goodbye to Kyle's sister and her family! They were here for Christmas and headed home to Firth yesterday. All the kids ran in and held Randie real quick before they had to leave.

 

After they left, Randie was dolled up to cheer on the Huskers who won their bowl game! Kudos goes out to her cousins Mikayla and Jacey for making the tutu that she is wearing. They gave it to her for Christmas and boy did she look too adorable yesterday!

 

 

After the husker game we celebrated Mikayla's 12th birthday at the bar. We then attempted to take some photos of Randie in her fire department hat as well as in her christening dress. Once again, she was exhausted and did not want pictures taken but I think we got a few!

 

Then today was a bittersweet day as Miss Randie went to daycare for the first time. It was a little hard on mom but we both survived. Randie did amazing and all the kids just loved her! They said they cannot wait for her to come back tomorrow. She will go for another half day tomorrow then Monday I head back to work so she will be going full time! It is definitely bittersweet but excited to head back to work to see everyone!
