November 12

Randie is having a good day again today! They have upped her feedings to 60cc which is full feedings. She has been doing really well by bottle. She eats about 30-35cc through the bottle and then they feed the rest to her through her feeding tube. This is pretty good since she just started eating with the bottle yesterday! Today we were able to go over some things that we have to go over before we can be discharged from the NICU. We went over CPR and choking as well as changing her diaper (which we are becoming pros at...especially with all the cords she has!) and we were also able to give her a bath. We decided that this is definitely a two person job! She loves bath time but she is wiggle worm! They have been lowering her oxygen and tonight when we were there for her 10 p.m. feeding, she was at .075 liters and she was still sitting between 96-100% the whole time! Her respirations have been down in the 40s and 50s which is perfect! She is looking like a little dolly. They gave us some newborn sleepers to put her in and she is just too darn cute in all of them! It was a big day for us as well as both of us got our hair cut and errands ran just in case they give us the word this week! Great day today! Hoping we have another great day tomorrow and that she is able to eat more through the bottle! Thanks again for all your love and prayers! Enjoy the pictures :)

Daddy feeding Randie

Checking each other out! One of my favorite pictures!

Loves her daddy to pieces already!

Nice and warm after a bath!

After she decided to throw up all over herself we had to change her. This is what we were given to put her in! Think she is enjoying it!

Love this little one to pieces!

Mom's turn!

Yesterday Randie made her first donation to help someone out! She gave a few dolls to the make a wish foundation! So many wonderful people have helped us out during this time and we are hoping to pay it forward for some lucky child!

Passed out after her tummy is full!
