Randie has done awesome with the bottle feedings and because of this they have decided to up her bottle feedings from 2 to 3 per shift. She did wonderful with this! We were a little nervous that she might tucker out the 3rd feeding in a row but in fact she slept and ate at the same time and in record time! She has been downing bottles in about 5-15 minutes. Full feeding with bottles would be 4 per shift and as well as what she has done today we are hoping that they will up her to full feedings tomorrow! As long as she is gaining weight, they should be able to up her. She is still on oxygen at .05 liters but she has been doing great and so hopefully they will try to wean that too! I know they did not want to mess with it too much while they were messing with her feedings but she is doing so great that they may just mess with the oxygen now. We have also determined that she is not big cuddler. She enjoys being held for about 30-45 minutes and after that she is done! So now we started laying her out on a pillow so she can stretch and she loves it! Definitely her new favorite position. Tonight was bitter sweet to us because one of the nurses that is on does not think we will probably be here much longer and she doesn't work again until Friday!! It was like saying goodbye to one of your best friends! These nurses and doctors have become like family to us. They have been our shoulders to cry on, our support group, and most importantly our friends through this entire process. We have become so close to them these past few weeks that it is hard to say goodbye! As excited as we are at the possibility of getting home, it is still hard to say goodbye to all the wonderful people who helped make our precious little girl better!

Bright eyed laying on the pillow!
New favorite nap position
